Forecast Description

The Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration (JRA), within the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), provides care, custody, and treatment for juvenile offenders committed to the state by juvenile courts. The JRA forecast is for the end of month residential population in facilities operated or contracted by JRA. The forecast includes youths in residence and those on leave or escape status for two weeks or less.
